It depends on your target market. There are different ways to use twitter. Do you want to promote a product like Sport T-Shirts. In that case, I’d say, go network with all the twitter users that mention sports in their tweets (at least relevant ones). Befriend, don’t sell yourself 24/7, and be real. No matter your website, there will be a target market. Simply find the target market on Twitter and work your magic. Just remember to NOT sell often. Nothing screams bot like a pitch from a user every time they tweet
