what if you press A and it won’t zoom in?……and why is it that when i open a [New] watevers its called, blank page i guess like you did at the begining to get started, mine has squares on the back. Their dotted squared i don’t mean the chess board looking ones haha…how do you take that off that seems to be interfering with what i try to do i think.

@Trollin2nite Deselect with CTRL + D, then CTRL + click on new layer at the bottom, Shift + Backspace.

when i try and deselect the text after making the new layer white i can still se it on my screen as though iv just controll clicked the path and done nothing

@johnped5211 I went to the Path Selection Tool (letter A), clicked on the path for the letter “C”, and brought up the transform tool with Ctrl+T (or Cmd+T on a Mac).

when i use that dimension (1024*576) i get a sign that says Documents greater that 30 000 pixels in either dimension may not be compatible with with older versions of photoshops and/or other applications…????
