god help us, is that kathy griffin??

you are too limited in background color with this method.. isolation to transparent would be better.. event to make subject suitable for any background color.

Excellent explanations! What if I want to make the background green?
How can I isolate the hair properly, in this case maybe the magic wand is not the best for this. Or I can turn the background green after the ISO 800?
Thanks

We have over 7 hours of video training in the Pindora’s Box-Glamouring edition package, that covers all this and more.

I’ve been trying to do some pinup and glamour shots. Trying to get the white background has been kicking my behind. I tried your technique, and it worked well. I just had trouble with the hair looking bad. I didn’t have your ISO 800 action and that may have been the problem because what I tried didn’t work very well. I had to go back to my old method because the photo was for a customer.
I’m looking forward to viewing your other videos.

Thank you so much, your videos have been so helpful.

Wonderful! Just the first thing to do a rough selection was really good. It can be used for so many things. Even if your videos are longer than others their really great. You can hear and really understand, good!

Thanks! If you think this is long…beware of some of my others! ha! I do know I’m long-winded with my vids–but I’m a stickler for the details. I’m always trying to be aware of not leaving things out. I know that can be grueling for the more advanced user or others who can digest a faster feed…but it is what it is and will continue to be.

You’re right, It is lighter than original but the print does show definition, and works well as an illustration. Sometimes, depending on your monitor profile and your platform, images online will appear lighter or darker, too! Usually for Mac it looks lighter and for PC it looks darker.

all look fantastic but the skin looks lighter after all. look at her left thigh. it seems disappeared. loss of color after all… just my opinion

Thank you! I have a passion for it and I’m grateful to be able to do it and make ends meet! And this wouldn’t be possible without all of you who view my videos and like them! Thank you all for rating, commenting, adding to favorites…and letting me know you are learning and appreciate the vids–what you do is just as much appreciated by me, too!

I discovered your tutorials only a few weeks ago and I am enjoying the heck out of them. They’ve been able to teach me a lot of things I’d been struggling to figure out on my own for quite a while. Thanks!
