      U need not have to update. If ur new friend chats with u the chatbar will automatically get updated.

      You have to wait, facebook is still setting them all up for everyone’s accounts, but yours could already be there, happened to my friend, just click on your chat and it should be like everyone elses. but if not then yours hasnt upgraded yet so just sit tight and wait :)

      Even if you cannot find the button to update it, Facebook will eventually update itself.
